Sun Kissed Sky(above) is an art quilt accepted into the Great Bodies Show at Higher Art Gallery in Traverse City, MI July 7 – August 3, 2023. The art quilt measures 17.5″ x 19″ and is made of cotton, silk, quilt batting, lace, linen and various types/color of thread.
Glorious Colors (below)won Judge’s Choice Award from the Michigan Education Association 2023 Art Show. It measures 12″x 14″ and is matted and framed (frame 16″ x 24″ not shown).
Because I depict nature in my work, I was commissioned to create a “waterscape” quilt (below) for a house on the shores of Lake Michigan. Illumination measures 31″ x 37″ and is stitched with cotton, silk, quilt batting, hand dyed linen and various types/colors of thread.
Art quilt (above) is Lake Michigan at Manistee, a commissioned piece of the place where my client grew up. It measures 16″ x 20″ and is made of cotton, quilt batting, and various threads.
